6 YEARS OF JUNGLÜCK – 6 CUSTOMERS – OUR REVIEW

For 6 years we have been developing cosmetics that are both effective and compatible. The JUNGLÜCK journey began with the aloe vera gel, the vitamin C serum and the hyaluronic day cream. In the meantime, our product family has grown considerably - we now have over 60 products for the face, hair and body in our range. And in addition to the online shop, last year we were able to fulfill a dream with our first own flagship store in our home town of Munich. In the adjacent office space we meet at Gärtnerplatz to work and at the same time are closer to our customers. Because without you, you and the rest of our community, none of this development would have been possible. And that is exactly why the stage for our 6th birthday should belong entirely to you: We invited 6 customers and their companions to Munich and gave them a real JUNGLÜCK experience - from getting to know us personally, to photo and video production, to cosmetic treatments in our store.

When we launched the call on Instagram in February to find a JUNGLÜCK customer for each year, we were already hoping for some responses. But we didn't expect to scroll through almost 300 submissions a week later. The little stories and anecdotes of the people we accompany a little bit every day with our cosmetics really touched us.


Little by little, the small group came together and at the beginning of May we were able to welcome Karin, Vanessa, Melanie, Julia, Sebastian and Ichane to Munich in beautiful weather. We spent a whole day together and our founder Benedikt and all the people from our team who were there really enjoyed this very personal exchange and the relaxed atmosphere with our 6 special guests and their companions. In individual interviews, we were able to capture their own stories and get to know each person a little better. For us, this was such a valuable experience that we would like to share with our entire community. We would have loved to invite each and every one of them. Unfortunately, we don't have enough space for that ;-)

JUNGLÜCK: Very close to you

Hearing first-hand what impact our products have on you and all our customers motivates us to keep going, to keep growing, to keep improving and not to lose sight of our values ​​and our standards.

And here they all are again: Our 6 customers from 6 years of JUNGLÜCK.


Karin has been a fan from the very beginning. She has been using our aloe vera gel for 6 years and has found the perfect care for her skin. Due to her neurodermatitis, she often had problems finding products in her youth that did not contain irritating substances and therefore always had intolerances. She found what she was looking for at JUNGLÜCK and has now even found it fun to care for her skin with different products and adapt her routine to the needs of her skin.


After Vanessa stopped taking the pill, hormonal impurities brought her to JUNGLÜCK. It all started with the vitamin C serum. That was 5 years ago. Over time, she discovered her favorite product, jojoba oil, and what she loves most about it is that she can use it on her body, face, and hair. And thanks to its nourishing, barrier-strengthening effect and light texture, it is ideal for skin that is prone to impurities.


Melanie has tested a lot of products at JUNGLÜCK over the last 4 years and now has a real collection of brown glass bottles in her bathroom cabinet. Her absolute favorite, however, is the Niacinamide Serum, which has helped her to balance her skin and conjure up a natural glow, without any makeup.


Julia came across the hyaluronic acid products three years ago while looking for a treatment for her combination skin. Although she admits that it was our packaging that first caught her attention. The hyaluronic acid concentrate in particular has proven to be her holy grail and is now firmly established in her routine. In combination with the hyaluronic acid cream medium, when her skin needs more moisture, she has found the perfect duo for keeping her skin in balance.


Sebastian from Vienna had the longest journey. He likes to spend a lot of time in nature and was therefore looking for a product that would moisturize his rather dry skin all day long and protect it from external influences. His solution: the Vitamin C Sensitive Serum. He has been sharing the JUNGLÜCK products with his wife for 2 years and is really happy with his routine!


Ichane came to JUNGLÜCK after a treatment with our beautician. With the products, she was able to get her acne under control and even out dry patches. Now she really glows from the inside out. Her favorite: the Calendula facial toner. We are very happy to hear about her experiences because she finally feels comfortable in her skin. She enjoys being around people again and can enjoy her life to the fullest. Without any shame or wanting to hide because of her skin condition: "Acne no longer determines my life."

For us, the day was definitely a highlight that we will never forget. We are really proud to be able to share the stories and faces of these 6 great people with you.
