In general, we always try to respond to your messages as quickly as possible and to keep you up to date on the current status of your application at all times. How long it takes to get a response is of course always individual. You can usually expect a response from us within a week. Our onboarding is always tailored to your position and your team. You will receive an onboarding package (sent to you or on site). On the first day, your personal buddy will greet you and give you a comprehensive insight into the tools and working methods. In addition, this person will be available to answer any questions or if you need to talk to someone else, especially over the next 6 months. In various short get-to-know-you appointments, you will have the opportunity to get in touch with some colleagues in a very straightforward manner and also gain a first impression of your colleagues.
Our location is Munich and we are always happy to welcome new members to our Munich office. There may be occasional roles that cannot be fulfilled anywhere. Technically, we have all the solutions for an efficient hybrid setting and working together. In order to maintain our culture and strong team spirit, we all see each other at least three times a year to work together, talk about new goals and just have a good time.
We try to create a workplace that has as little negative impact on mental and physical health as possible. Mental health has become enormously important. We see you as a whole person and support you as best we can. Through Likeminded you can speak to psychologists and coaches in a protected environment, within 24 hours and up to ten times a year.
